SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY

Foothill (210/30) Freeway Extension
This project is the extension of the Foothill Freeway from the Los Angeles County line to I-15. When completed, this will provide significant traffic congestion relief for the I-10 and CA-60 freeways. It will also serve new developments in the communities of Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, and Fontana. Once this segment of the freeway is completed, the freeway will be extended to the existing CA-30 freeway segment near I-215.

Two County Corridor Study
This is a study for a new north/south highway east of I-215, connecting the cities of San Bernardino and Moreno Valley. This highway would provide significant relief to the overburdened I-215 freeway.

I-215 HOV Lane and Ramp Reconstruction North
HOV lanes will be added to the I-215 freeway in the city of San Bernardino, between Base Line Road and Mill Street. This freeway segment also has some left-side entrance and exit ramps, which will be removed and replaced with safer right-side ramps. An auxillary lane will be added, as well as room for new mixed-flow lanes.

I-215 HOV Lane Project South
HOV lanes will be added to I-215 between I-10 and the San Bernardino/Riverside County line, through the cities of Colton and Grand Terrace.
